Our Ethos
Kids’ Ark Childcare Centre recognises the importance of dedication to provide individual care and education for children. We boast on our family orientated environment in which parents or guardians are also invited to be involved every step of the way. Our goal is to provide a fun and caring environment for all the children and staff irregardless of gender, ethnicity and race. We strive to support every child in our care so that they can flourish and reach their full potential.
During the Early Years children grow, develop and learn at a greater rate than at any other time of their lives. At Kids’ Ark we believe that a strong foundation in Early Years education provides children with the best opportunity to achieve their full potential both not only now but also in the future. We encourage and reward children’s inclination to try and experiment with new things, to question their knowledge and most importantly to feel proud of their attempts even if it leads to failures and the ability to learn from their mistakes. This approach allows children to build the self confidence needed in order to be able to make their own decisions now and in the future.
