Terms and Conditions

Opening Hours: 

Kids’ Ark Child Care Centre situated in Pieta', Malta, is open Monday to Friday from 6am till 6pm and on Saturday we are open from 7am till 2pm.

Registration Fee:

Our registration fee is €100, to be paid when your child’s place at Kids’ Ark is confirmed.

The registration fee is not refundable and covers the settling in visits and application process.

Upon Registration:

Upon registration, the parent/guardian will provide the childcare manager with the days and time that the child will be attending Kids’ Ark. Once these are confirmed with the manager, changes can only occur subject to availability. We kindly ask parents to be punctual with the agreed times as to avoid disturbance in the childcare.

Private applicants:

Kindly contact the office of the Commissioner for Revenue on 2296 2296 for further information.

Sickness:

To ensure safety for all the children in the nursery we require a doctor’s certificate when a child is ill regardless if it is only for one day. Kindly advise us when the child will not be attending the child care.

Fees

Payments are to be settled 4 weeks in advance.  An email will be sent to parents to inform you that fee is due. To secure your child’s place at the nursery we kindly ask you to pay the fees consecutavly.

Nursery days are non-transferable. Money will not be refunded and days cannot be transferred if a child misses out on a day from the nursery. Extra hours fees apply.
